According to Dr. Allen Huffcutt, one of the most important questions to ask a candidate during an interview:
"What do you know about our company?"

Our system is designed to give recruiters an advanced set of tools that streamlines the entire process from creating job descriptions, to creating interview questions, to administering the interviews and saving them in a control panel. The process will streamline the process of eliminating the non-qualified jobseekers sort of like the judges eliminate the American Idol contestants.

The recruiter can do one of three things to get a jobseeker to complete the video interview:

The Video Interview mimics a real life interview. The Virtual Interviewer is an avatar that speaks the text that was typed in by the recruiter, so the experience to the jobseeker is very unique. The Interviewer actually asks the questions as the jobseeker answers, the system records the video and saves it in the recruiter’s control panel. All this is done unattended and in a passive way, without taking up any extra time from the recruiter. Candidates are evaluated passively, and there are no “feelings to hurt” or caving into requests for another chance etc. The process is simple, and all candidates are evaluated against the same criteria. The recruiter, at his/her convenience reviews the saved interviews and selects ones that need to be evaluated further. The scheduling system then helps the recruiter by letting him/her schedule a live online video interview (Very similar to a Skype Video Call where both jobseeker and recruiter see each other and can conduct the live 1-on-1 interview.

  1. Can send an invitation to jobseekers with the job description to see if the job applies
  2. The recruiter can also use the system generated Interview code as an open invitation to put in ads. This way the jobseeker can come to the site, put in the interview code and the server asks the right custom question for that job opening.
  3. The recruiter can also use the system to groom jobseekers for certain positions and coach them into preparing a killer interview so the possibility of getting hired by a company goes up.
