In Summary: We have developed this Video Interview system, to help jobseekers qualify better for Jobs by creating a resume and a video interview to work somewhat like a video resume. Our system will work along ats (applicant tracking system) that a recruiter can use as a part of his/her recruiter tools. Our interview system lets users use just a plain webcam to complete an interview. A jobseeker can also do a self interview, mock interview or more commonly a practice interview.
