Privacy statement
Your privacy is very important to us. So we keep all your account information private; however, we cannot control what you put on your resume from being available to registered users of this site, or search engines that index this site. If we limited that, the functionality of the site would be diminished to a level that makes it useless.

Recommendations for sensitive information
We can make some recommendations as to how you can control your privacy so you don't become so secretive that a potential employer cannot find you, yet you will give enough information so the tool will work effectively for you. Here are some recommendations:
- Get an email account that is separate from your main email accounts. You can get free email addresses from numerous places such as: Gmail.com, Hotmail.com, Yahoo.com or Mail.com. It is not limited to just these, there are many sites out there that offer custom email accounts.
- Don't put your home address if you don't want to receive junk mail from companies that harvest emails. Resumes are the most accurate places to get personal info such as mailing address, telephone even Cell phone numbers which cannot be available in any other directory. So please exercise proper logic.
- Change the information you have put on the resume from time to time, or at least make sure you have the right information.
So please exercise good judgement. If you don't want your information to be public, then please use one of the free email services (ex. Hotmail, Gmail and Yahoo mail) and reference that on your Resume/CV.
Besides this, all information that you have put in the website that is accessible to the public (such as Resume, Cover Letter, Video Recording) will be accessible to registered and sometimes unregistered users of the site.
Removing your information
If any of these terms are unacceptable to you, you can choose not to use this site. If you decide after joining that you do not agree to these terms and you would like to be removed, you can login to your account and remove yourself. If you have any problems removing your information, you can contact us by going to the Contact Form and filling out a request. We will remove it as soon as possible.
This service is not meant to be an information harvesting service. This is a service that helps a jobseeker market themselves more effectively while it helps employers find candidates by instantly having access to quality and qualified individuals at their finger tips.
