degree in Engineering. Mr. Afarian has been involved in the Internet industry since 1995. He has been the main strategist behind NextEmployee.com, HRVideoSystems and GIVideo.com which are all part of a master strategy. |

Mr. Khosrowshahi, a 25
year veteran of the technology industry, has been involved in several
Internet ventures including Internet Radio Inc., AVStream Inc., and
Trident Internet Systems. A technologist with broad experience in all
aspects of business including finance, as well as the capability to act as
a CTO. His management and leadership capabilities with diverse experience
in hardware and software products are an asset to the company. Mr. Khosrowshahi holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School, and a BS & MS degrees in Chemical Engineering from MIT |

Charles de Vilmorin Project Manager, Operations |
As a project manager Mr. de Vilmorin
oversees details of projects at Nextemployee.com. He has served as the
Assistant to the Worldwide Financial Controller of the French consumer
electronic goods company, Thomson Multimedia, (Parent company of RCA
and Technicolor in the US) He has also served as Assistant Product Manager of the Educational Line at Mattel, Inc in France. Mr de Vilmorin holds a Master's Degree in International Management from Dauphine University, Paris and a BBA Hon’s in European Management from Lancaster University UK. |
